Job Title: Head of Online Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Online Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth through data-driven strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, market research, and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of marketing analysts and researchers to conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts and optimize results
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure effective use of resources
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that have led to improved marketing performance and business growth
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data analysis techniques
