Job Title: Head of Paid Digital Media

At Intrepid Travel, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our paid digital media efforts. As the Head of Paid Digital Media, you will be responsible for driving measurable results and helping our brand achieve profitable growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Toronto. You will work closely with the GM, Global Marketing, lead the day-to-day paid digital media team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Regional Marketing teams, SEO team, Global Brand team, Data and Analytics, as well as our external media agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute profitable online campaigns from conception to implementation, with detailed reporting and analytics.
  • Lead a team of paid digital media specialists and agency partners to drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize brand awareness, online inquiry, quality traffic, and profitable revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our paid media approach.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience leading performance marketing strategy, including managing large Enterprise level budgets.
  • Experience within a high-growth organization, ideally coming from a company selling in a DTC environment and managing global paid programs.
  • Deep understanding of key digital marketing channels (e.g. Search, Social, Programmatic, DOOH) and traditional ATL media.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a highly analytical approach to implementing, testing, and analyzing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of testing, measurement, and automation practices to optimize ROI and evolve the strategy.
