Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage our systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and top-level performance.
- Plan, document, and execute technical changes while following our Change Management process.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing support to other IS teams when needed.
- Play a key role in planning and implementing projects to improve services or introduce new technologies.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant field, with at least 3 years of industry experience.
- Microsoft Windows Server Operating System
- Microsoft SQL Server
- IP networking
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with large database-based applications.
- Experience with M365 tenant administration, network management tools, and router/firewall administration.
