Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at SBS Expedited Services Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks, organize work, and ensure timely completion.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor team members in duties and policies, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of equipment, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and requisition or order materials and supplies.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and offer mentoring.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, oversee the receiving, sorting, routing, and delivery of mail, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.
