Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at SBS Expedited Services Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve productivity.
- Lead and Manage Teams: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate Logistics: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain awareness of company policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Communicate Effectively: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and provide ongoing support to clients.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and experience with logistics and supply chain management.
