Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at KUTHALA GROUP INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and coordinating and scheduling activities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise workers and projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Logistics and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities, including the requisition or ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that employees are aware of and comply with these regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
