Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at SBS Expedited Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics team, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow
- Organize and assign tasks to team members to ensure timely completion
- Train and mentor new team members on company policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on team performance and operations
- Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Requisition and order materials and supplies as needed
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
