Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at SBS Expedited Services Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and leading a team of employees to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve productivity.
- Lead and Manage a Team: Train, coach, and mentor employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and experience with inventory management.
