Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including forecasting revenue and expenses, and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness in the market.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, including addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment and adhering to food safety standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including balancing cash, completing balance sheets, and preparing financial reports.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
  • 30-40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
