Restaurant Manager Job Description

Sushi J is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Analyze and manage restaurant budgets to optimize profits, develop cost-effective menus, and control labor costs.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Operations and Logistics: Plan, organize, and direct daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and health and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing initiatives and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • College diploma or equivalent in hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
