About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop a deep understanding of our PBS software and its various modules
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers
  • Provide expert support and guidance to customers on software implementation and data entry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software integration and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training and support services
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month within Canada and the USA
