The Opportunity

As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will provide training and support to our customers on our software platform. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that values its customers as business partners, technology innovators, and friends.

The Role

As an Automotive Software Trainer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, as well as providing on-site training at customer locations. You will also be responsible for learning and developing an understanding of our software, as well as the process for training customers on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of our software and the process for training customers
  • Provide training and support to customers on our software platform
  • Assist customers with virtual training, online and on the phone
  • Provide on-site training at customer locations
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers
  • Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner
  • Write up tickets and investigate issues that arise
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
