Job Title: Automotive Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing expert training and support to our customers on our industry-leading DMS software.

About the Role:
  • Learn and understand PBS software
  • Train customers on software
  • Complete payroll module if applicable
  • Be an install resource independently
  • Prioritize tasks without direct supervision
  • Learn new products to enhance knowledge
  • Provide excellent customer support
  • Work directly with customers, maintaining positive relationships
  • Respond to training requests promptly
  • Document processes and update as needed
  • Commit to ongoing education and cross-training
  • Monitor DTO queue
  • Go the extra mile
  • Perform assigned duties
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience in parts or service area preferred
  • 1-2 years' automotive industry experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA
