Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience and that their needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement action plans to improve staff performance.
  • Cost Control: Assist in managing labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
