Job Summary

The IT Project Manager - Strategic Leader is a seasoned professional role that requires a deep understanding of business operations and technology. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Coordinate activities of the project team, identify necessary resources, and develop schedules to meet completion deadlines.
  • Risk Management: Determine scope and impact of project risks and issues; raise and resolve issues.
  • Communication: Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues.
  • Leadership Development: Coach and train new recruits to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
