Customer Service Representative

About the Role
The Motivator is a critical role in the success of our GoodLife Fitness Clubs. As a front desk expert, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that helps Members achieve their fitness goals. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all Members and Potential Members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to every Member and Potential Member.
- Check in Members for their workouts and assist with any questions or concerns.
- Direct Potential Members to the appropriate services or amenities.
- Handle incoming calls and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist Members with questions about the FitFix and Cardio machines.
- Sell memberships, services, and products to Members and Potential Members.
- Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new and current Members.
- Complete Club runs and cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Complete any other tasks required to provide an exceptional experience for Members and guests.
Requirements
- CPR-A & AED Certification
- Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months of employment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the fitness industry
- Previous customer service and sales experience an asset

Compensation:
$16.05 - $17.55-
