About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Land Programs service as a Service Owner. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of managers, developers, business analysts, and other experts to deliver quality services to our partner department and extensive client stakeholder groups.
  • Provide overall direction to the product team, managing communication both internally and externally with clients.
  • Establish overall metrics for product delivery and cadence of project delivery activities.
  • Coach, inspire and educate colleagues about the opportunities of digital products.
  • Exhibit political acumen in managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders and partners.
  • User centered and product development and management approaches to ensuring the client satisfaction and simple experience.
  • Internet-era practices, and ability to effectively engage with multidisciplinary teams to achieve business/policy outcomes.
  • Contract management and negotiation, effective partnership management.
  • Effective budget management and human resource allocation.
Requirements
  • A relevant undergraduate university degree in an area relevant to the position.
  • Significant and relevant senior leadership experience, as well as product management experience and training.
  • Knowledge or understanding of the Land Registry and land-based system, as well as customer service center operations are considered an asset.
