Position Objectives: We have various openings within our Operations and Delivery Department. If you decide to express interest, please indicate which role(s) you find most appealing.

  • Grocery Shopping Specialist: If you take pleasure in selecting groceries, this role allows you to assist our clients by hand-picking the finest produce and freshest items. Your commitment to quality service and attention to detail will be paramount. You will receive guidance from the head of shoppers to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our clients.
  • Order Organizer: This role is ideal for individuals who excel in organization and detail-oriented tasks. Based in our warehouse, you will be responsible for preparing client orders, ensuring accuracy in sorting and readiness for shipment. Your ability to maintain high standards of service will be crucial, with support from the head of shoppers to meet client expectations.
  • Delivery Associate: As a Delivery Associate, you will represent our company while delivering orders to clients. Your responsibilities will include collecting orders and ensuring timely delivery. Support from the head of shoppers will be available to help you fulfill your duties effectively and maintain client satisfaction.

Note: All necessary equipment and vehicles will be provided by the company. Shift hours will be arranged throughout the week based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grocery Shopping Specialist: Select and purchase items for client orders from stores.
  • Order Organizer: Prepare and assemble orders for clients.
  • Delivery Associate: Ensure timely delivery of client orders.
  • Additional Duties: Uphold the company's brand and service quality, complete daily reports, and perform related tasks as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Physical ability to lift 30-40 lbs.
  • Access to and familiarity with a recent smartphone (iPhone 5, Android 4.0 or above).
  • A valid driver's license eligible for Quebec is required for delivery positions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
