Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shamma Auto Sales & Services Ltd.. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing support to our staff.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Supervise the analysis of employee data and information
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information
  • Facilitate staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Manage payroll administration
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Delegate, coordinate, and assess projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Experienced with MS PowerPoint
  • Skilled in MS Word
