**Job Description**
Scotiabank is offering a unique career development opportunity for Indigenous Peoples. The SOAR program is a 24-month rotational program designed to provide coaching, learning, and development opportunities. Participants will have the chance to work in various areas of the bank, including Technology, Global Banking & Markets, Canadian Banking, and more.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be considered for this program, you must:
- Identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples of Canada)
- Have or will complete an apprenticeship, certificate, diploma, undergraduate, or graduate degree between April 2023 and June 2025
- Enjoy learning and be interested in working for an international organization that invests in its employees' future
- Be involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, competitions, and/or hackathons
- Be interested in a career in the financial industry
- Want to learn about various areas within the bank
- Be interested in having an impact with peers and the community
- Want a culturally safe and supportive environment that helps you thrive
