About the Role

Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain business processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are understood and met.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and change management. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Unix environments is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
