The Nursing Graduate Employment Initiative is designed to provide newly graduated Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses with full-time roles to facilitate their integration into the healthcare field. We present opportunities across various departments including Clinical Resource Team, Critical Care, Emergency Services, Medical Units, Mental Health, Women and Child Health, and Reactivation Care Centre.
Qualifications:- Valid Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution
- Effectively manage tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Proactively address and resolve challenges
- Utilize professional judgment and adhere to best practice standards
- Promote a safe and inclusive atmosphere by following safety protocols and guidelines
