Café Manager

Sunny Day Cafe is seeking a skilled and experienced Café Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our café. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Operational Planning: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
