Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and that the café is running smoothly.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that they are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and maintain inventory of food and beverages to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
- Negotiate with clients to secure catering and facility use agreements.
- Lead and instruct individuals to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- 40 hours per week.
