Compensation Structure:
- Base salary plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Inform customers about the features and advantages of President's Choice Financial products within the retail space.
- Assess customer needs to provide tailored recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional advice and product expertise.
- Enhance sales, advocacy, and brand recognition for our client's offerings by being a knowledgeable advocate for the brand/product.
- Ensure outstanding customer service, providing a positive experience for all customers.
- Develop innovative strategies to engage customers and communicate the benefits of the product.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with store staff.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality while handling customer information.
- Generate enthusiasm around the product offerings by being a knowledgeable advocate for the brand/product.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales within a financial or retail context (preferred).
- Comfortable with sales objectives, eager to challenge the norm.
- Outgoing and personable, enjoys engaging with people, with a knack for attracting new customers.
- Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
- Effective in delivering key messages with strong listening and communication abilities.
- High level of integrity and accountability when dealing with sensitive customer information.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal/credit background check.
- Interest in personal growth and development through coaching and training.
- Access to reliable transportation or a valid driver's license is beneficial.
