**Employee Experience Specialist**

**Duties**:
Employee Experience Enhancement:

- Develop and implement programs to enhance the overall employee experience including engagement, onboarding, orientation, recognition, metrics
- Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain a positive workplace through various initiatives, including onboarding, orientation, diversity and inclusion efforts, and team-building activities
- Partners with HR leadership and entire HR team to outline organizational strategies, goals, and vision on an annual basis

Internal Communication:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal HR related communication strategy, aligning with the overall Communications Strategy
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals
- Manage HR related communication channels, tools, and platforms to enhance engagement and information flow to highlight and showcase the employee experience
- Encourage open communication and feedback loops to create a supportive and trusting atmosphere where everyone's voice is valued

Employee Engagement:

- Oversees the development, strategy and execution of all HR and Employee related engagement surveys, plans and analytics
- Promote employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with HR to design and implement employee development and training programs

Change Management:

- Support change management initiatives by providing effective communication and guidance to employees during transitions
- Work with HR and leadership to address employee concerns and maintain morale during periods of change

Measurement and Analysis:

- Use metrics and feedback to evaluate the impact of employee experience and communication efforts
- Adjust strategies based on data and insights to continuously improve outcomes

Brand Advocacy:

- Champions the organization’s employment brand and consumer/client brand through internal and external communications
- In collaboration with key stakeholders, assists in the development of an employer brand and people value proposition (PVP) to attract and retain top talent
- Encourage employees to become brand advocates both within and outside the organization

Compliance:

- Ensure that all communications and programs comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in employee experience and internal communication
- Monitors the impact of internal and external communications by identifying appropriate success metrics and analyzing trends and patterns in analytics reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications or relevant training in employee experience is a plus
- 4+ years of related experience in HR program development/design with a proven track record of their contributions attributing to the improvement of the employee experience within an organization(s)
- Certifications in HR, internal communications, or related fields are an asset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with employees at all levels; excellent writing and editing skills
- Knowledge of best practices and tools for engaging internal communications
- Proficient in employee experience and/or employee engagement surveys and have developed action planning processes to support the business to achieve improved results
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw insights to improve employee engagement
- Easily establishes rapport and effective relationships, while driving accountability for shared results
- Empathetic and approachable, with a genuine desire to support employees in their growth and well-being
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging communications, programs, and initiatives that resonate with employees
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of HR principles and knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Team player, flexible, adaptable, and willing to contribute wherever required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

**Salary**: $91,000.00-$132,000.00 per year
