As a Collision Repair Center Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the teams involved in vehicle repair and customer service to guarantee superior repair quality and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your leadership will ensure that daily operations align with established Standard Operating Procedures, upholding exceptional standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing personnel and operational workflows
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Tracking and recording repair timelines
  • Ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols
  • Facilitating production meetings
  • Administering budgets and scheduling for production

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent in automotive body repair
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in management within an automotive shop
  • Comprehensive knowledge of collision repair techniques
  • Understanding of insurance repair standards
  • Proficiency in Mitchell Cloud Estimating and Connect
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
