As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Domino's Pizza Canada, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Below is an overview of the key responsibilities:
CSRs are primarily tasked with ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, preparing high-quality Domino's Pizza products, and upholding the cleanliness of the store. Working collaboratively in a team setting, it is essential for CSRs to maintain a positive and productive attitude. Each CSR contributes to the store's objectives related to customer service, sales growth, operational assessments, and cost management.
Additional Responsibilities:
Some CSRs may take on the role of shift leader, overseeing the completion of shift tasks as outlined in company policies. This includes managing team members, balancing financials and inventory, and training new staff. Shift leaders may also participate in workshops to enhance their skills.
Professional Expectations:
We uphold a standard of professionalism, which includes punctuality, wearing the complete uniform, and maintaining a positive demeanor. CSRs may also be assigned other duties beyond those mentioned above.
