Data Governance Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and governance, with experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies. They will be responsible for formulating and rolling out data governance strategies, policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the development, review, and monitoring of compliance with data governance processes
  • Leading investigations and reporting of any violations
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate data governance controls and policies into key organizational processes
  • Designing and delivering training programs and workshops to enhance data governance knowledge and practices across the organization
  • Facilitating change management activities to ensure the adoption of changes and implementing measurement systems to monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 5+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing data governance and risk management practices at an enterprise level.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options. Employees also receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually and 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year.
