Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data governance controls and policies into key organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data governance controls and policies into key organizational processes.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance data governance knowledge and practices across the organization.
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure the adoption of changes, and implement measurement systems to monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing data governance and risk management practices at an enterprise level.
- Demonstrated experience in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of workshop facilitation, change management methodologies, tools, program and project management, and adult education.
- Excellence influencing, communication, problem solving, project management and presentation skills.
- CDMP certification.
- Knowledge of, or familiarity with, data literacy, data management and governance, data governance policies and standards.
Salary Range $110,000.00 USD. Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
