About Mr. Sub Barrie

We are a leading quick-service restaurant chain with a commitment to serving high-quality food to our customers. As a Restaurant Supervisor at Mr. Sub Barrie, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve their performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Staff Management: Hire food service staff, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
