Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician in Instrumentation and Control to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and systems.
  • Program, calibrate, and test various types of instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system efficiency.
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our systems and equipment are operating at peak performance.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Instrumentation and Control, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including instrumentation and control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and tools.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional evening work may be required.
