Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pyramid Pizza & Wings. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire food service staff and manage their performance, ensuring that they meet the high standards expected of our team.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely information to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve operations and drive business growth.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
