Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic Toronto sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience, particularly in enterprise or consulting sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales tools and technologies.
  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
