We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Engagement Manager to join our team at the Toronto Blue Jays. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing unique service-based training programs for all staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop training plans and materials, including online and in-person content, instructor guides, job aids, assessments, and support tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop training content and plans.
- Manage the Learning Platform (Docebo) and ensure seamless integration with our concessions partner, Legends.
- Lead a working group to drive consistency and an exceptional experience related to the game day staff lifecycle.
- Partner with the Strategy and Analytics team to monitor service insights and identify opportunities to improve the fan experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a service or hospitality industry with a focus on service excellence management.
- Experience in design and facilitation of service training, including needs analysis, design, validation, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate diverse needs of various stakeholder groups.
- Ability to transform operational requirements into innovative solutions.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with ability to multi-task as required and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to our team - we want you to succeed.
