Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new ERP system. This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex NetSuite implementations within corporate settings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the NetSuite implementation project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements and ensure successful system integration.
- Manage external vendors and consultants involved in the implementation process.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope statements, timelines, risk assessments, and communication plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards for NetSuite implementations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading successful NetSuite implementations in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
