Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the agricultural product support sector, ensuring our parts and service operations stand out to customers while driving profitability.
- Design and oversee training programs for technical and management staff across branches.
- Establish and maintain warranty policies, collaborating with original equipment manufacturers on system management and conflict resolution.
- Analyze market trends and spearhead the introduction of new products.
- Support the identification of new suppliers and the negotiation of contracts.
- Manage product improvement plans (PIPs) and ensure timely follow-up with completion reports for branches.
- Collaborate with suppliers and branches to address and resolve product support challenges.
- Develop strategic initiatives for agricultural services and assist branches in enhancing their parts and service support to boost customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison with manufacturers and suppliers on technical issues, ensuring that product concerns are communicated effectively.
