Role Summary:
The Academic Program Administrator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience for students. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to students regarding academic and financial matters, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their options and potential outcomes.
- Deliver detailed information on program eligibility, procedures, policies, and deadlines.
- Evaluate transfer credit applications for compliance and acceptability.
- Analyze statistical data to inform enrollment strategies and planning.

- Facilitate seminars and workshops to support student engagement.
- Maintain and update information on digital platforms to ensure accessibility.
- Assess service delivery and internal processes, recommending enhancements as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in student advising and educational program management within a post-secondary context.
- Demonstrated expertise in advising students on course selection and program requirements, with a strong understanding of institutional policies.
- Proven ability to compile and analyze data, producing insightful reports to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Experience in creating and editing publications for promotional purposes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and web-editing tools.
- Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with students, faculty, and administrative staff.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and diplomacy.
