Position Overview

As a Lead UX Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive roadmaps for user experience designs, frameworks, and components, while establishing UX development processes across various teams.
  • Transform business needs into wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and well-defined technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with and guide software engineers in the application of UX frameworks and components, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.
  • Provide expertise and leadership in domain knowledge across multiple development teams.
  • Facilitate a unified customer experience and coherent information architecture across all digital channels.
  • Address technical challenges in a professional and timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate strategies and designs to diverse audiences, including development teams, design teams, and management.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with current trends and technologies in computing.
  • Proven ability to design and implement single-page applications (SPAs) using contemporary UX frameworks.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira/Confluence and version control systems like GitHub.
  • Proficient in utilizing AWS Cloudfront or similar content delivery networks, as well as CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Concourse.
  • Demonstrated skills in self-motivation, creativity, resourcefulness, and collaboration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing React-based SPAs, reusable UX components, and UX frameworks.
  • 5 or more years of experience in developing methodologies and tools for creating taxonomies, user flow diagrams, and screen layouts, with a solid understanding of usability and findability principles.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, applied mathematics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with user acceptance testing processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with low-code UX development techniques and technologies.
