About the Role:

Evolving Web is seeking a seasoned Senior UX Designer to elevate our team's capabilities in delivering exceptional digital experiences. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the discovery and design phases of key projects, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the discovery and design phases of key projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and lead workshops to gather input and align diverse perspectives.
  • Conduct in-depth UX research and synthesize findings.
  • Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with our team to keep projects moving forward.
  • Delegate and mentor junior designers on your projects.
  • Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to existing and potential clients by delivering pitches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in UX design, ideally within a digital agency.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • Research Pro: Expertise in UX research for institutional clients or projects with similar complexity.
  • Experience in usability testing and design optimization.
  • Bilingual Bonus: Proficiency in English and French is a plus.
