Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Alexandra Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies: Create and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality service delivery.
- Negotiation and Procurement: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for front desk staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
