Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Alexandra Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the hotel's goals and objectives.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, as well as with clients for the use of facilities.
- Front Desk Duties: Perform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintenance: Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring that the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that they are fair and reasonable.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
