Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Alexandra Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for daily hotel operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient hotel operations.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, and with clients for the use of hotel facilities.
  • Front Desk Duties: Perform front desk duties, including checking-in guests, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues.
  • Maintenance: Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
