Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Alexandra Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
- Supervise and manage front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates for hotel materials and services
- Manage guest relationships and resolve any issues or complaints
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure the hotel remains in excellent condition
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient hotel operations
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week
