Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the hotel's overall strategy and goals.
Supervise StaffSupervise and manage a team of front desk staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Negotiate with SuppliersNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel's budget is optimized.
Negotiate with ClientsNegotiate with clients to secure bookings and ensure that their needs are met.
Perform Front Desk DutiesPerform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling customer complaints, and responding to queries.
Arrange for MaintenanceArrange for and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring that the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for the front desk staff, ensuring that they are fair and reasonable.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language required for this role.
