Job Title: Social Media Account Manager + Content Creator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Account Manager + Content Creator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts across various platforms, developing and executing engaging social media strategies, and creating high-quality content to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to engage our audience and drive business results.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform our content and strategy.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement content calendars and social media plans.
  • Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to measure the success of our social media efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts and developing social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Skilled in graphic design and video editing software, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong ability to create compelling content and engage with our audience.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and executing social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
  • Initial contract position for the first 3 months, transitioning to part-time and potentially full-time.
