Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media & Community Engagement Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role involves developing and executing a strategic social media presence, creating engaging content, and fostering a thriving online community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage Acel Power's dynamic social media content calendar across multiple platforms.
  • Craft compelling content using AI tools or native platforms, staying ahead of social media trends to optimize engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand and marketing strategies.
  • Develop an employee advocacy program to empower team members to build our brand through their social channels.
  • Work directly with senior executives to enhance their social media presence.
Community Management and Engagement

Engage with Acel Power's social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally. Create a positive and interactive online community by initiating conversations, addressing inquiries, and promoting social interactions through polls, contests, and Q&A sessions.

Social Media Analytics and Reporting

Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate success. Generate insightful reports and use data analytics to refine and optimize social media strategies. Identify and cultivate relationships with influential figures in the boating and sustainability industries.

Requirements
  • Experience in the marine industry, technical fields, or transportation is highly valued.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair for developing engaging social content.
  • Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in social media, content development, and community engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with enthusiasm for projects and openness to innovative ideas.
