Position Overview: Mobile Mortgage Specialist

We are seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist who excels in an entrepreneurial environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual who consistently surpasses goals while prioritizing Client satisfaction. You will be instrumental in helping Clients secure their homes and futures by fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Clients, colleagues, and the community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate client-focused home financing discussions to attract new Members.
  • Identify and engage new and existing referral sources for residential mortgage leads.
  • Meet with prospective Members at their convenience to gather necessary financial documentation.
  • Track progress against sales goals and overall performance.
  • Provide tailored credit recommendations and solutions based on individual Member needs.
  • Participate in regular coaching and monthly goal-setting sessions.
  • Identify financial needs of new Members and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in processing work.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the mortgage industry or financial services in a client-facing role.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours in a competitive environment.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working independently.
  • Preferred minimum of two years in financial services.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of residential mortgages and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
  • Comfortable networking and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Highly motivated with strong prospecting abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Solid business acumen and knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Proven sales capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Loan Originating Systems is an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel within the designated region.
