Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ah-So Korea/BUSU. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our culinary vision.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize kitchen operations.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completion of a culinary arts program or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
