Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support to our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, training staff, monitoring and evaluating, overseeing payroll administration, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  2. Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
  3. Train staff on new procedures and policies
  4. Monitor and evaluate office performance to identify areas for improvement
  5. Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance
  6. Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability

Requirements

  1. College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  2. 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role

Personal Suitability

  1. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  2. Organized to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  3. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks
  4. Team player with excellent communication skills

Eligibility

  1. Canadian citizen, permanent or temporary resident of Canada
